If you, like me, bought one of the cheap RS-232 serial data bus to USB converters that are abundant on the market and you cannot use the device on your Windows 11 computer and see a message saying "pl2303ta do not support Windows 11 or later please contact your supplier". The driver below will solve your problem.

Prolific, the manufacturer of the device, disabled all the Chinese clone chips with a new driver update, but the old driver below still works quite well.
